Household Hint: Emergency cold pack in a hurry. Use a plastic bag of frozen vegetables from the freezer. Just tap the bag on a hard surface to loosen and separate the frozen vegetable pieces then lay it on the affected area. The bag easily conforms to the contours of your body.
