Toddler Survives Fall From Window
PHILADELPHIA (AP) – Police say a toddler who fell from a three-story window in north Philadelphia has been released from a hospital.
Police said the 1-year-old fell from the alleyway window of a home in the Logan section of the city at about 9:30 a.m. Saturday.
Authorities told WCAUTV that the child was pushing through a screen window and fell.
Police told The Philadelphia Inquirer that the toddler landed on a trash pile, which apparently prevented a more serious injury.
