Charges of criminal mischief and harassment are currently pending against Mount Union resident Charles Robert Bowling III, state police in McConnellsburg reported.
Bowling, 22, is accused of knocking several decorative items from the shelf of a Cardinal Glenn, McConnellsburg, apartment on Thursday, March 29. In addition to breaking the items during the 4:01 p.m. argument with a 55-year-old female victim and her daughter, Bowling also allegedly closed the apartment door on the woman’s hand. The victim suffered minor injuries.
Bowling, police added, returned a short time later and was issued a criminal trespass order. He then retrieved his property and left the apartment complex.
