Melius Named CCA Executive Director

Center for Community Action (CCA) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the selection of Wendy Melius to fill the position of executive director at CCA.

Melius has worked a number of years at Blair County Community Action as the resource development officer. Prior to working at community action, she held the position of eecutive director for the Fulton Industrial Development Association.

Welcoming her at a recent CCA board meeting are new board members Byron Helsel, elected official, and Rev. William Bair, community representative, both from Fulton County; Valerie Thomas, community representative from Huntingdon County; Wendy Melius, CCA executive director; and Brandy Smith, community representative from Bedford County.

CCA is a private nonprofit community action agency providing services in Bedford, Fulton and Huntingdon counties. CCA has offices in all three counties.
