Two Appear In W.Va. Court
Two Wafordsburg area men recently appeared before Senior Magisterial Judge Donald Sharp, according to The Morgan Messenger based in West Virginia.
Magistrate Sharp ordered 36-year-old Michael J. Burton to one-year incarceration for petty larceny and an additional one year in jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The sentences will run simultaneously. He was also ordered to pay $331.60 in court fees.
Kyle E. Harr, 21, was ordered by Judge Sharp to complete between six months and one day in jail for obstructing an officer. Harr will also pay $190.80 in court fees.
