Flamingo Flocking Fundraiser
Forbes Road Class of 2014 is having a flamingo flocking fundraiser from April 13 to May 13. For those who have never heard about this fundraiser here is a little insight. The students will pick yards to be “flocked.” This means that they will put a flock of flamingos in someone’s yard. Then those people will pay $15 to remove the flock. You also have the option to flock someone else’s yard for $10. If you don’t want to be flocked at all, there is a fee for $20 pre-insurance that needs to be turned in to the school or a classmate by April 11. This fundraiser is all in fun and is not meant to be malicious. More information may be obtained by calling 717-552-3517.
