Forgery, Theft Charges To Be Filed

A McConnellsburg woman is slated to be charged with three counts of forgery and two counts of theft through the office of Magisterial District Judge Wendy Mellott.

Vickie Jo Mills, 32, allegedly forged the signature of a 20-year-old McConnellsburg man on personal checks that were then used to purchase items from MacDonald’s Pharmacy on December 12, 2011. State police have also accused Mills of forging the male victim’s signature on certified mail receipts on two separate occasions.
