Two Vehicles Collide On Route 30
Only one person was injured when two vehicles collided along Route 30 near the intersection of Little Egypt Road last Thursday afternoon. According to state police reports, Matthew G. Mock, 21, of Manns Choice, was heading eastbound when he lost control of his 1994 Chevrolet Cavalier. The car spun into a 2002 Ford F-550 driven by Darrin L. Souders, 46, of Warfordsburg. Mock suffered minor injuries. He was wearing a seat belt as were his uninjured passengers, Ronald L. Feathers, 25, Helper, Utah; and Philip Wickline, 31, of Gettysburg. Souders was also using a seat belt and escaped harm. Mock will be charged by state police for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
