Bellwood-Antis 43

Southern Fulton came back from an eight-point deficit in the first half of Saturday’s match to down Bellwood Antis 46-43 for the Inter County Conference championship title. Damon Gordon had 17 points and five assists to lead the Indians against the Blue Devils. Meanwhile, Seth Hall added 15 points and two steals, and Nick Smartt reached double figures with 10 points.

Fannett-Metal 64

McConnellsburg 49

Fannett-Metal earned a spot in the District 5-A playoffs Friday night, edging out McConnellsburg by the score of 64-49. Evan Appleby had a team-high 19 points for the Spartans, who closed out the season with a 5-16 record.Tyler Green and Tyler Branche finished out the Sideling Hill League game with nine and eight points, respectively.

Lighthouse Christian 34

FCCCS 33

Fulton County Community Christian School shot 25 percent from the floor last Friday night but only fell to Lighthouse Christian by a mere one point. Nathaniel Gingerich led the evening with 20 points, and Caleb Gingerich had a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Forbes Road 45

Southern Fulton limited its turnovers Thursday night while Damon Gordon netted 17 points to lead the Indians to a 57-45 Sideling Hill League win over Forbes Road. Alex Seburn also reached double digits for the Indians after posting 12 points and five steals, and Nick Smartt added 11 points. Chris Everts was high scorer for the Cardinals with 14 points, and Jordan Sowers chipped in 10.

McConnellsburg 62

A successful buzzer beater by Andy James pushed the Southern Huntingdon Rockets ahead of Mc- Connellsburg last Thursday for a one-point victory. Tyler Green rallied for 24 points to lead the Spartans during the non-league loss, while Jesse Swope chipped in 14 points, five steals and five assists. Evan Appleby dumped in 11 points.

Northern Bedford 42

Southern Fulton was hot from the three-point range last Tuesday during a 75-42 ousting of the Northern Bedford Panthers. Seth Hall tallied 20 points, which included six treys, leading the Indians to yet another Sideling Hill League win. Hall also contributed four assists and five steals, while Nick Smartt and Brayden Litton chipped in 18 and 16 points, respectively.

McConnellsburg 66

McConnellsburg may have been more successful with three-point shots last Tuesday, but it was Everett prevailing on the scoreboard for a 75- 66 Sideling Hill League victory. Tyler Green finished the match with 24 points, and Jesse Swope added 13 points and eight assists. Evan Appleby netted 12 points and dished out eight assists. Ike Hahn was the next highest scorer with nine points.

Calvary Christian 41

With its lead scorer sidelined with an injury, the Fulton County Community Christian School still managed to prevail over Calvary Christian from Huntingdon last Tuesday. Winning the non-league match by nine points, Caleb Gingerich led his Charger teammates with 21 points, 10 rebounds and four assists. Meanwhile, Nathaniel Gingerich finished with 10 points and three steals.

Bellwood-Antis 54

Southern Fulton pushed its game into overtime Saturday and rounded out the Inter-County Conference championship round with a six-point win over Bellwood- Antis. Just shy of recording a triple-double, Macey Hollenshead led the Lady Indians with 17 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds. Teammate Kayla Wertz rallied for 14 points, and Taelor Morton racked up 12 points and five steals.

Forbes Road 33

Southern Fulton clinched its 10th consecutive victory last Thursday night with a 58-33 Sideling Hill League win over the Forbes Road Cardinals. The Indians were led by high-scorer Macey Hollenshead with 19 points, 12 assists and six steals. Sister Jenna Hollenshead added 12 points, and Kayla Chilcote had 10. Meanwhile, Forbes Road received eight points each from teammates Jessica Gearhart and Shayla Carmack. Gearhart also added six rebounds, three steals and two assists. Sammie Clippinger and Shania Gelvin both finished with six points.

Fannett- Metal rallied from point deficit last Thursday to inch past the Mc- Connellsburg Spartans by 61-59. Libby Strayer posted 17 points during the Sideling Hill League match. Strayer also added eight rebounds and two steals, while Becca Hahn had 10 points. Nikki Fleming and Rikki Green both contributed nine points.

Northern Bedford 46

Southern Fulton not only took its ninth straight victory last Tuesday but also clinched the Sideling Hill League title with a 53-46 win over Northern Bedford. Macey Hollenshead dumped in 23 points, dished out six assists and grabbed three steals. Taelor Morton netted 12 points as the Indians’ next highest scorer.

Calvary Christian 27

Jenae Gordon posted a triple-double last Tuesday which aided the Fulton County Community Christian School during a 65-27 trouncing of Calvary Christian. Gordon tallied 24 points, 23 rebounds and 11 assists. Morgan Daniels had 15 points, and Rebecca Truax and Whitney Schultz had 12 and 10 points, respectively.

Lighthouse Christian 28

Whitney Schultz scored 20 points and made eight steals for the Fulton County Community Christian School Chargers, who easily defeated Lighthouse Christian

Friday by the final score of 55-28. Rebecca Truax chipped in 14 points, and Bethany Myers closed out the game with five points and six rebounds.
