Twenty-year- old Needmore resident Danny Lee Buterbaugh Jr. was cited for harassment following an incident at 140 Madeline Drive, Harrisonville.

State police alleged Buterbaugh struck a 52-yearold male in Needmore in the left eye on Saturday, February 11, at 2:50 a.m. The punch was reportedly thrown when he attempted to break up an underage drinking party. Charges have been filed through Magisterial District Judge Devin Horne.
