A Hanover, Pa., man has been accused of driving under the influence in connection with a traffic stop along Route 30 in Licking Creek Township.

Pennsylvania State Police from the McConnellsburg barracks said 24-year- old Thomas Wayne Sterner Jr. was stopped just east of the intersection of Route 655 at 3:04 a.m. on Saturday, February 11. Police allege Sterner was operating his black Dodge Neon under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.

Charges against Sterner were filed through Magisterial District Judge Devin Horne.
