Ayr Township; Charles E. McClellan of Fostoria, Ohio; Alex Park of Cherry Grove.

Wilbert Kerns of Hancock underwent an operation for appendicitis last Thursday at the hospital in Cumberland, Md.

Andy, the little son of Amos Flowers of Hancock, was taken to Children’s Hospital in Baltimore last Monday for a foot operation.

Russell Franklin Keith and Chloe Jessie Deshong were married February 11.

F.L. Lashley of Buck Valley is suffering from a “gathering in his head.”

Born: a daughter to Mr. and Mrs. Harold Spade of Buck Valley. This makes six girls in this family.

Baked ham, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, baked beans, pie and coffee is the menu for the supper at the Presbyterian Church at Burnt Cabins on Saturday evening. The price is 25 cents.

Mr. and Mrs. Luke Ritchey of Wells Tannery are the proud parents of a baby boy, born February 7.

Richard Guillard and Cloyd Johnson of Wells Tannery recently returned from a hitchhiking trip to Florida.
