Harassment At Dott Store
Pennsylvania State Police from the McConnellsburg barracks investigated an alleged harassment that occurred at the Dott Village Store on Wednesday, January 4.
William Russell Messerly, 21, reportedly entered the Bethel Township store at 6 p.m. to confront his 17-yearold ex-girlfriend about a recent breakup. Messerly is accused of being loud, using obscenities and breaking her cellphone during the argument, police said.
The store owner confronted Messerly, according to reports, and asked him to leave. Messerly also argued with him and used obscenities before peeling out his tires in the parking lot.
Messerly has been charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.
