McConnellsburg Man Cited For DUI
Forty-year-old Douglas Alan Kerlin, of McConnellsburg, has been cited by state police for driving under the influence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a small amount of marijuana and seven summary traffic violations. The charges stem from a traffic stop along Great Cove Road on September 2 near the intersection of Lowry Road in Todd Township, state police reported.
Kerlin was initially stopped for inspection and registration violations. During the course of their investigation, police determined Kerlin had allegedly been operating the vehicle while under the influence, possessed a small amount of marijuana and did not have permission to operate the vehicle.
