Court Session Held December 6


Judge Carol L. Van Horn of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held at the Fulton County Courthouse on Tuesday, December 6.

 Chelsea Sue Barton appeared in court last Tuesday for sentencing on one count of unsworn falsifications to authorities. Barton will complete 12 months probation and pay restitution in the amount of $ 1,453 to the Pennsylvania State Police, a $25-per-month supervision fee and $100 to the Fulton County Law Library.

 Angela Marie Teal was ordered to complete 12 months probation in connection with one count of disorderly conduct. Teal will also pay $500 to the Fulton County Law Library and a $25 monthly supervision fee.

 Alfred Bernard Claggett appeared in court for formal arraignment on one count each of simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Claggett waived arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty to all charges. He will next appear in court for call of the criminal trial list set for January 10.

 Terry Lynn Jukes waived arraignment proceedings held on one charges of driving under the influence and driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked. Jukes pleaded not guilty and will appear in court on January 10 for call of the criminal trial list.

 Gregory Scott Lanphear entered a guilty plea to receiving stolen property and will be sentenced on January 3.

 Malcolm Conrad Richardson waived arraignment proceedings and was sentenced on one count of theft. Richardson will complete 12 months probation as well as 30 hours of community service. He will also pay $150 to Fulton County, restitution totalling $53 to Jarrod Horne and a $25-per-month supervision fee.

 Robert Lewis Wallizer Jr. appeared in court for arraignment proceedings held on two counts of driving un- der the influence and five summary offenses. Wallizer pleaded guilty to one count of drunk driving and will complete 12 months probation, four months SCRAM program and 30 hours of community service. He will pay $75 to Fulton County, $75 to the commonwealth, $25 to EMS, $50 to the Catastrophic Fund, $100 to the Substance Abuse Fund and $88 to Fulton County Medical Center.
