A Boonsboro, Md., man was killed when he was ejected from his vehicle during a rollover along Interstate 70 on November 20, Pennsylvania State Police reported.

Twenty-one-year-old Bryan S. Nave was pronounced dead at the scene of the Sunday crash by Fulton County Coroner Berley Souders.

Investigating officer Trooper Roger Sheffield said Nave was killed while travelling through Brush Creek Township at 1:35 a.m. Nave’s 2000 Chevrolet Cavalier went off the left-hand lane and struck a plastic attenuator, the trooper stated.

The vehicle then travelled into an embankment along the southern side of the roadway and rolled over several times. Nave was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected through the passenger’s side during the rollover.

A passenger, who was only identified by state police as a 43- year-old female from Greencastle, Pa., was wearing a seat belt. She was flown to Altoona Regional Hospital for treatment of a head injury.

State police were assisted on the accident scene by the Needmore Volunteer Fire Co.
