Court Session Held November 22
Judge Douglas W. Herman of the 39th Judicial District and the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas presided over a court session held on Tuesday, November 22, at the Fulton County Courthouse.
Stephaine Nicole Bauer appeared in court last Tuesday for sentencing on one count each of possession of a small amount of marijuana and the use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Bauer will complete a total of seven months probation in connection with the criminal charges.
Frank R. Golden was ordered to complete nine months of Intermediate Punishment, which will include 45 days of electronic monitoring, after having previously entered a guilty plea to possession of a controlled substance. Golden will also complete 30 hours of community service and pay $200 to Fulton County, a $25-permonth supervision fee, $250 for DNA testing and $100 to the Substance Abuse Fund.
A bench warrant was issued for the arrest of Tera Lyn Quarentillo, who was scheduled to be sentenced for driving under the influence.
Tierney Star Zeger was sentenced to 12 months probation for theft by deception. She will pay $75 to Sebastian Santibanez, a $25-per-month supervision fee and $200 to Fulton County.
Andrew Scott Glessner appeared in court for formal arraignment on two counts of driving under the influence and three summary offenses. Glessner was entered into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program and will accordingly complete 12 months probation.
Benjamin Nathaniel Zeger appeared for an ARD hearing and was allowed to remain on probation for an additional 12 months. In addition, he was ordered to begin making payments on money owed effective November 28.
Pretrial motions were held for Charles Mearl Riley, Jimmy Lee Aaron Jr. and Cluadia Esmeralda Cabrera.
