MES/MMS To Present Bah Humbug!

Forty-nine students in grades fourth through seventh will bring Charles Dickens “A Christmas Carol” to life on Friday and Saturday, November 18 and 19, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, November 20, at 2: 30 p. m., in Mc- Connellsburg High School auditorium.

The classic tale of Ebenezer Scrooge and his “bah humbug” to Christmas will come to life through musical theater. The cast are excited to bring this classic story to the community.

This project was supported in part by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency, through the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts (PPA), its regional arts funding partnership. State government funding for the arts depends upon an annual appropriation by the Pennsylvania General Assembly and from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency. PPA is administered in this region by the Cultural Alliance of York County.
