Debra R. ( Anderson) Clites, 57, Greencastle, died Tuesday afternoon, October 18, 2011, in Chambersburg Hospital, surrounded by her family, following a year long battle with cancer.

Born January 8, 1954, in McConnellsburg, she was the daughter of William R. Anderson Sr. and Betty R. (Mumma) Anderson, both of State Line. She lived most of her life in the Greencastle area.

She graduated from Forbes Road High School with the class of 1971.

She worked for Travel Centers of America at Buckhorn Restaurant and later Country Pride Restaurant, Greencastle, on and off for more than 20 years.

She enjoyed decorating her house, arranging flowers, attending yard sales, going to the Christmas Tree Store, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by three children: Tami R. Kriner and her husband, Jim, of Greencastle; Lawrence D. Clites of Greencastle; and Megan R. Wilcox of Greencastle; two grandchildren: Cody A. Kriner and Casie R. Kriner, both of Greencastle; one brother, William R. Anderson Jr. of Greencastle; one sister, Doris A. Loftis of Greensboro, N.C.; four nieces; and one nephew.

Services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 22, 2011, in Miller-Bowersox Funeral Home,Greencastle. Rev. David Rawley officiated Burial was private at the convenience of the family.
