Imler Man Escapes Harm
Pennsylvania State Police from the McConnellsburg substation were dispatched to the scene of a single-vehicle crash along Route 30 last Tuesday evening.
Police reported David J. Walter, 55 of Imler, was heading eastbound when he lost control of his 1995 Dodge Avenger while rounding a curve in the Brush Creek Township roadway. The vehicle travelled onto the southern berm, where it travelled into a ditch and struck the end of a guiderail at 8 p.m. Walter was wearing a seat belt and escaped injury. He will be cited by state police for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
