Forbes Road broke a three-game losing streak Monday night when the Cardinals blanked the Mc- Connellsburg Spartans 3-0. Philip Dodson, Michael Runk and Chase Shaw all had goals for the Cardinals, who got assists from Runk (2) and Matthew Bricker. Dalton Gilbert tallied six saves in goal for Forbes Road, while Nick Daniels blocked 11 shots in goal for McCon-nellsburg.

Fannett-Metal 1

Southern Fulton 0

Unbeaten to date this season, Fannett-Metal was only able to eke out a onegoal victory over the Southern Fulton Indians Monday night. Indians goalkeeper Courtney Strait rallied for 15 saves in goal during the Sideling Hill League matchup.

Conemaugh Township 3

McConnellsburg 0

McConnellsburg only managed seven shots and none of them found the back of the net during a 3-0 nonleague loss to Conemaugh Township Saturday. Nick Daniels finished out the game in goal for the Spartans with nine saves.

Bishop Walsh 8

Southern Fulton 1

Southern Fulton managed its only goal of the game during the second half of last SaturdayĆ­s game against Bishop Walsh. Josh Hill led the offensive effort with one goal during the non-league 8-1 loss. Goalies Courtney Strait and Tim Mottern had four and three saves respectively.

Northern Bedford 3

Forbes Road 2

Forbes Road dropped its second consecutive game in overtime last Wednesday, falling to Northern Bedford by the final score of 3-2. Chase Shaw and Michael Runk both had goals for the Cardinals, and Runk and teammate Ryan Stoekle tallied one assist each. Dalton Gilbert closed out the Sideling Hill League match with seven blocked shots in goal.

Chestnut Ridge 7

Southern Fulton 1

Chestnut Ridge tallied six goals in the opening half last Wednesday evening and cruised to a 7-1 Sideling Hill League win over Southern Fulton. Chase Horton scored the Indians’ lone goal on an assist by teammate Courtney Strait. Strait added five blocked shots in goal, and fellow goalkeeper Tim Mottern tallied three.

Hyndman 4

McConnellsburg 2

Hyndman found the back of the goal four times during the opening period last Wednesday and held on for a 4-2 non-league win over the McConnellsburg Spartans. Tristin Deneen and Jesse Swope both connected for goals during the loss, while Nathan Peters handed out an assist. Goalie Nick Daniels took the loss with six blocked shots.
