Four Charged In Soccer Game Fight

A fight broke out at Forbes Road Junior/Senior High School last Wednesday afternoon following a varsity boys soccer match between the Cardinals and the Northern Bedford Panthers.

Pennsylvania State Police at the McConnellsburg barracks reported they were dispatched to the school at 5:52 p.m. for a dispute. During the argument, Jason Ronald Bricker, 22, of Wells Tannery, is accused of striking a 63- year-old male from Roaring Spring, Pa., in the back, causing the victim to fall to the ground. As a result of the physical contact, 40-year-old Everett resident Ty Allen Wright responded by allegedly hitting Jason Bricker, who in turn struck Wright in the head.

Wright, state police said, was in turn allegedly struck by Donovan Michael Bricker, 18, Hustontown, in the back, causing the duo to fall to the ground. They continued to hit one another, said police, who added Nancy Jo Wright, 60, also of Roaring Spring, is suspected of scratching Donovan Bricker in the fight. The fight was broken up by witnesses.

Charges of harassment against Jason and Donovan Bricker as well as Ty and Nancy Wright have been filed through Magisterial District Judge Devin Horne.
