Revival services were held last weekend at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Harrisonville, with special music and different speakers.

Tim and Deb McGarvey visited their daughter, Gabrielle, at Cal-U, on Saturday and Sunday for parents weekend and attended a Pirates baseball game on Saturday.

Correction on an item in Our Town last week: Brian and Erin Shafer, not Carla, were married eight years ago.

Public Opion weekly honor roll student-athletes were Michael Runk, Forbes Road soccer, and Sammy Clippinger, Forbes Road field hockey.

Dave Hoover and his mother, Mary, attended her 75th class reunion on Saturday for a luncheon. Mary was the oldest one and the only one out of the class there at the Glen Rock School reunion from the Class of 1936. The class meets every two years and 111 people attended this year. The reunion is for all grades of the school. It was held at Red Lion.

A Rally Day was held Friday evening at Knobsville Methodist Church with Salt N Light Youth Ministry of Messiah College.

McConnellsburg Methodist Church held its fall fest on Saturday evening at the country hom of Craig, Jenn and Reuben Knepper. Games, activities, a hayride and good food were enjoyed. Around 80 attended.
