After the beautiful fall weekend, showers have moved in.

A large crowd attended the

Velma Leese sale on Saturday down on Timber Ridge.

Harriet Hill of Manheim spent the weekend with Kate Berkstresser.

Happy birthday wishes to Brooke Sheeder, September 21; Harold Berkstresser, September 28; and Kristin Torcaso, September 28.

A baby shower was held at Celebrations Unlimited on Sunday for Caitlin Black and Chris Barnett. Friends and relatives gathered to celebrate the occasion.

The annual Lynch reunion will be held Sunday, October 2, at Needmore Firehall. Meal time is 1 p.m. Come bring covered dish and enjoy the afternoon and also bring an item for the auction.

David Englert will be going to Pittsburgh to attend diesel mechanic school. Good luck and safe travelling.

It’s only a month until the great Fulton Fall Folk Festival. Everyone looks forward to this fall event.

Center Church has praise and worship services on Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m.

Household Hint: Old stockings or socks make good bags for mothballs. If you’re using moth crystals, sprinkle them on the adhesive side of masking tape and hang items up.
