Charges are slated to be filed against a Harrisonville man in connection with a traffic stop Saturday morning at the intersection of Route 655 and Owl Creek Road.

Twenty-four-year-old Kyle Ray Staub was stopped by state police for a traffic violation while operating a 1992 Chevrolet Lumina at 2:25 a.m. Staub was alleged to be driving under the influence. Charges will be filed through Magisterial District Judge Devin Horne.
