Woman Cited In Shoe Theft

A 20-year- old McConnellsburg woman has been accused of stealing multiple pairs of a shoes from a backyard on Wednesday, August 17.

Pennsylvania State Police from McConnellsburg reported Jessica Stump entered a backyard of a Lincoln Way East, McConnellsburg Borough, home at around 4:45 p.m. She allegedly stole two plastic storage containers containing shoes owned by a 28-year-old female, also of McConnellsburg. Charges of theft and receiving stolen property have been filed against Stump through Magisterial District Judge Wendy Mellott.
