A 65-year-old Warfordsburg area man told state police a wetland and stream located on his Stoneybreak Road property were damaged by an all-terrain vehicle earlier this month. The man believes the ATV, which could belong to a neighbor, crossed his property between 10 a.m. on August 6 and 7 p.m. on August 7.

Troopers were scheduled to contact officials from the Department of Environmental Protection regarding the damage. Investigation into the case continues.
