It has been 11 years this month that Jamie asked me if I would like to write Our Town column after his mother, Audrey, my good friend, passed away. I said I would try it. Grace Howell fell last week and broke her leg. She will be in ManorCare for some time, undergoing rehabilitation. She would enjoy having cards sent.
C.J. McGarvey is now recuperating in Fulton County Medical Center after recent back surgery in Chambersburg Hospital. Hopefully he will be coming home this week.
The late Robert “Shark” and Rebecca Hamil annual reunion was held on Saturday in the home of Carole Mellott of Cold Spring Drive. Relatives attended from several different locations.

Joan Piluk and daughter Vicki Tyler have moved to McConnellsburg from their home in Needmore. We welcome them to this area.
