Hagerstown Woman Cited For Indecent Exposure
Pennsylvania State Police in McConnellsburg have cited an 18-year-old Hagerstown, Md., woman for an array of charges including indecent exposure.
According to reports, troopers were in the process of investigating a case that involved a man barricading himself inside the beach house at Cowans Gap State Park on Sunday, July 24. During the incident, Amanda Elizabeth Sweeney-Teal allegedly pulled down her pants and cursed at a park ranger. She is also accused of pounding on the trunk of a state police cruiser at least four times while it was driving away.
In addition to charges linked to giving a false name to park rangers, Sweeney-Teal has also been cited for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and indecent exposure.
