Denny and Leanne Pollock, Jeremy, Nicole, Jeron, Jace, Debbie and Bryan Fletcher vacationed last week in Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, Tenn.

Andrew Culler and Cara Lee were married in an outdoor evening wedding on July 16 in Tilton Falls, N.J. Andrew is the son of Fred and Violet Culler of here. Attending the ceremony from the area were his grandmother, Mary Culler, and other relatives, Sharon Strait, John and Jane Black, Dorothy Spade and Lori Glazier, Sharon and Joe Snyder and Adam and Kim Knepper. Fred and Violet Culler enjoyed a week in Maine afterwards.

Dot Peck had hip surgery last week in Chambersburg Hospital and is now in rehabilitation at Fulton County Medical Center.

Diana Headley had heart surgery last week in Harrisburg Hospital and will be recuperating at mother Hannelore and Lloyd Hann’s.

Tom and Melinda Howells and John and Karen Bishop enjoyed a 10-day tour of the Mid-Western states. The Bishops were also celebrating 50 years of marriage.

A bridal shower was held on Saturday in McConnellsburg St. Paul Lutheran Church social room for Jade Anthony, given by her bridesmaids.

Ray Pittman was admitted to Fulton County Medical Center on Friday for health complications.

The Big Cove Tannery Lutheran Church and Mc- Connellsburg Lutheran Church had a combined worship service on Sunday in Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Little Cove. Doughnuts, pastries and drinks were served.
