Pennsylvania State Police at the McConnellsburg barracks reported 22-year-old McConnellsburg resident Ali June Washabaugh was being searched for “safety reasons” on May 19 at 1:25 p.m. During the search in Todd Township, Washabaugh allegedly possessed prescription drugs belonging to another person.
