Five Franklin County Men Cited In Theft
Five Franklin County residents were arraigned on charges of theft after a boiler was stolen from 203 South Second Street in Mc- Connellsburg Borough.
Those arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Devin Horne were Fort Loudon residents Clifford Jean Brodie, 60, and Harry Dwayne Kellerstapf, 42; Mercersburg residents Rockford Roy Brodie, 55, and Anthony Dwayne Sowers, 41; and David Earl Younglove, 49, of St. Thomas. Bail was set at $10,000 each.
Charges, according to Pennsylvania State Police, stem from a theft that occurred on Friday, July 22, at 4:15 p.m. when the men allegedly stole a green boiler belonging to a 54-year-old Mercersburg man. The boiler, valued at $500, was loaded into a grey Ford Econoline van.
