Cards Of Thanks

GELVIN

I would like to thank our family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, church family and all the churches for the phone calls, cards, flowers and most of all your prayers.

A special thank you to Pastor Rowe and wife Dee, and to Debbe Strait and husband Art. Special thanks to Hustontown and McConnellsburg ambulance crews and also to Tammy Cook.

I also wish to thank the doctors and nurses at Fulton County Medical Center and Pinnacle Health Care for all their care.

A very special thank you to my family for taking my wife, Pat, back and forth to Harrisburg and for dog-sitting our Shih-Tzus.

God bless all of you.

I would like to thank all my family and friends for everything you did for me while I was a patient at Holy Spirit Hospital, Chambersburg Hospital and Fulton County Medical Center for heart bypass surgery and since coming home.

Thanks for all the phone calls, flowers, visits, cards and most of all your prayers.

A big thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses who cared for me those four weeks I was in the hospitals.

A special thanks to my daughter, Rhonda and husband Mark and their family for all the many extra things they did taking care of me after I came home.

Thanks also to those who helped my wife, Donna, in any way.

God bless you all,

RICHARDS

We wish to thank everyone for making Dad’s 90th birthday party so enjoyable.

We had a great afternoon of fellowship, and it is very humbling to have nearly 200 family and friends come to celebrate this milestone of Dad’s life.

We are so truly blessed and sincerely thank everyone for the cards and gifts. All is so much appreciated.

May God continue to bless each and every one of you.

KUHN

Words cannot begin to express how thankful we are for all who helped to make the spaghetti supper and silent auction benefit for Jason Kuhn such a success.

First we want to thank Phyllis Brant for her untiring efforts in making the most delicious sauce. Phyllis Mc- Clure did a great job of advertising and soliciting donations. Our gratitude is also extended to those who gave toward the meal: Warren Black, Carol Cline, Michelle Park, Troy and Sharon Parsons, Sunny Ridge Station, Fairview United Methodist women and cakes from Joyce Brennan, Barb Cutchall, Laura Covert, Ann Divens, Deb King, Alva Lane, Linda McQuait, Linda Seiders, Shirley Tinker and Julie Zeger.

The silent auction was a hit due to the generosity of the following businesses and individuals: gift certificates from Cutchall’s Gulf, Sunny Ridge Station and New Fort Restaurant; individuals: Jane Arnold, Jackie Blankley, Faye Brant, Jim and Joyce Brennan, Julie Berkstresser, Barb and Craig Cutchall, Dick and Deb Cutchall, Don and Ann Divens, Corryn Fraker, Charlie and Linda McQuait, Phyllis McClure, Melanie Schoen, Celia Singer, Missy Souders and Juniata Smith and, of course, the bidders. Did we mention the wonderful volunteers who willingly gave of their time to help with the auction to cook, to serve and to clean up? No monetary value can be placed on the work they did.The fellowship and joy they shared made the work seem easy.

And, to all of you who came and supported the benefit with your presence, we say thank you. Without your support it would have been a bust. The monetary donations received were totally unexpected, but very much appreciated.

May God bless everyone who helped in any way, and may you know how much you are loved and cherished. We ask that you keep Jason in your prayers as the surgery date approaches.

With humble and thankful hearts,

Jason and Shelli Kuhn,

Jeffrey and Alison Kuhn and Bill and Joann Kuhn
