Officials at the Cardinal Glen Apartments reported to state police 28-year-old Charles Lee Mathis, of Mc- Connellsburg, allegedly trespassed at their facility on Monday, July 11, at 5 p.m. Mathis had previously received a notice of trespass from the property manager.
