$5,000 Reward Offered For Information On Retail Gun Store Burglary

Nineteen handguns stolen from gun store

PHILADELPHIA– Mark Potter, special agent in charge of the Philadelphia Field Division, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has announced a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the theft of 19 handguns from the Juniata Trading Company Inc., located in Everett.

The theft occurred during the early morning hours of July 5. The Juniata Trading Company Inc. is located at 13921 Lincoln Highway, Everett. The burglary investigation is being conducted by ATF and the Pennsylvania State Police. Investigators seek community assistance that may aid them in solving the theft.

“Gun thieves, who provide stolen firearms to criminals, are a threat to public security. ATF is committed to ensuring our neighborhoods are safe places to live and work.” said Potter. “We are asking the public to provide any information that would lead investigators to arrest those responsible for stealing the firearms.”
