Re-Creation To Perform At MHS



McConnellsburg United Methodist Church announces that Re-Creation, the singing group from Port Trevorton, Pa., will be presenting its Broadway program Saturday, July 9, at 7 p.m., in McConnellsburg High School auditorium. The family variety show salutes the songs of the Great White Way and many familiar classics that will mesmerize audience members of all ages. The group travels all over the United States presenting therapeutic programs for the nation’s hospitalized veterans. The program is a free gift to McConnellsburg community in honor of their own local veterans. There is no cost for admission. Free food will be provided from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the lobby of the school. McConnellsburg native Ryan Chamberlain is singing bass with this year’s edition of Re-Creation.
