Woman Injured In Route 30 Crash
A Coraopolis, Pa., woman suffered moderate injuries when her vehicle struck a utility pole along Route 30 on Monday, June 27.
According to state police, 63- year- old Janice M. Gustafson fell asleep at the wheel of her westbound 2006 Subaru Outback at 3:38 p.m. The vehicle travelled onto the berm and an embankment before striking the utility pole.
Gustafson will be charged by police and was wearing a seat belt. Those assisting state police during the crash in Licking Creek Township were McConnellsburg Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Co., fire police, PennDOT and Scott’s Auto Body.
