Northern Bedford 11,

Forbes Road 3

The score was close between Northern Bedford and Forbes Road Monday evening until the Panthers broke it wide open in the sixth inning with seven runners. Pitcher Lauryn King rallied for one strikeout, seven walks, nine hits and nine earned runs during the Sideling Hill League game. Corri Parsons went two-forthree, which included an RBI and double. Teammate Samantha Clippinger scored two runs. Everett 9, McConnellsburg 5

Sarrah Pollock had two hits on Friday for the Mc- Connellsburg Spartans, who fell 9-5 to the Everett Warriors. Pollock managed a double for the Spartans during her pair of successful hits. Pitcher Gabby Danner closed out the game with three strikeouts, one walk, 16 hits and six earned runs.

Southern Fulton 8,

Northern Bedford 3

Northern Bedford committed some untimely errors last Thursday evening against the Southern Fulton Lady Indians, who rallied for a 8-3 Sideling Hill League win. Winning pitcher Kelsey White struck out eight batters and gave up two earned runs during the match. Kelsey White and Taelor Morton both contributed two hits for the Indians.

Tussey Mountain 11,

McConnellsburg 3

McConnellsburg tallied six errors last Thursday on its way to a 11-3 Sideling Hill League loss to the Tussey Mountain Titans. Losing pitcher Gabby Danner struck out five batters and added two walks, eight hits and five earned runs. Danner also led her teammates at the plate with two RBIs and two hits, which included a home run. Sarrah Pollock added three hits as well.

Fannett-Metal 5,

Forbes Road 0

The Fannett- Metal Tigers remained unbeaten last Tuesday when they downed the Forbes Road Lady Cardinals 5-0. Lauryn King lasted seven innings and took the loss with two strikeouts, 10 walks, nine hits and four earned runs.

Chestnut Ridge 12,

McConnellsburg 2

Chestnut Ridge took five innings to down the Mc- Connellsburg Lady Spartans using the 10-run rule last Tuesday. Gabby Danner saw her season pitching record drop to 4-9 with the loss and tallied one strikeout, 13 hits and eight earned runs. Brandi Welsh had the Spartans’ only hit, a two-run single.
