Judge Van Horn Guest Reader At Center For Families

Judge Van Horn was a guest reader as part of Pennsylvania’s “One Book, Every Young Child” program, which highlights the importance of early literacy development. This year’s book selection is “Whose Shoes? A Shoe for Every Job.” Earlier in the day, Van Horn was the keynote speaker at a breakfast conference sponsored jointly by Fulton County Center for Families and Fulton County Services for Children in celebration of Week of the Young Child and Child Abuse Prevention Month. The judge serves on the Court of Common Pleas in the 39th judicial district, which includes Fulton and Franklin counties.
