New Latter-day Saint Missionary

Sister Krystyna Hales, a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, served in the Hancock area for nearly eight months before being assigned to another location. Sister Jessica Donaldson has joined Sister Rochelly Fa’amoe in serving the Hancock Ward.

Sister Donaldson, from Riverton, Utah, spent three weeks at the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah, before arriving in Hancock for her first mission assignment. She has an older brother and a younger brother and sister. Her two years at Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, were in general studies.

Sister Donaldson has worked in fast food, retail, housekeeping at a mountain resort and at the phone center for a major credit card. She has also worked as a writing tutor, a youth counselor for a church youth camp and a janitorial supervisor for an elementary school.

Sister Donaldson’s hobbies while at home include reading historical fiction and fantasy adventure, playing card games and board games. She also enjoys hiking and writing adventure stories and poetry. Upon completion of her 18- month mission, Sister Donaldson plans to attend Utah Valley University for either interior design or architectural design. She also would like to eventually get married in one of the LDS temples.
