Drug Paraphernalia Found In Vehicle

Suspected drug paraphernalia was found inside a vehicle pulled over for a speeding violation at the intersection of Route 416 and Rice Hollow Road in Franklin County.

State police in Chambersburg said 25-year-old Mc- Connellsburg resident Matthew Hill was stopped by troopers on Sunday, April 3, at 11:10 a.m. for speeding through Montgomery Township. Consent was granted to search Hill’s vehicle, and the alleged paraphernalia was located.

Hill, police stated, was taken into custody and transported to the Chambersburg barracks where he was processed and later released.
