Man Flees Re-entry Center
Pennsylvania State Police in McConnellsburg recently helped capture a Fulton County man who fled the Capitol Pavilion Community Correction Center on February 22.
Troopers received a request for assistance from parole agent Roger S. Leidy, who was attempting to locate 25-year-old Neil Allen Peck III of McConnellsburg. Peck left the re-entry center on foot, and agent Leidy had since observed Peck along Cito Road near the rear entrance to JLG Industries.
Peck was located on March 9 in the area of Buchanan Trail and JLG Drive but resisted arrested. He was tasered during the incident. Peck has been charged with escape and resisting arrest.
