Lenten Services Lenten services schedule is as follows: April 3 - Fort Littleton Bible Church with Rev. William; April 10 - Church of Nazarene, prayer, praise and worship; April 17 - Laurel Ridge Christian Church with Rev. Strait. Host church will provide music.

Revival Spring revival services will be held at Jerusalem Christian Church. Guest spaker will Gary Sams and special music each night beginning Friday, April 8, at 7 p.m. - Terry Miller; Saturday, April 9, at 7 p.m. - Higher Ground; Sunday, April 10, at 6 p.m. with Almost There. The church is located two miles east of I70 Exit 156. For directions call 717-3294-3341. All are welcome.

River Oaks Helpline A Christian crisis counseling/prayer phone line is now available. Caring and compassionate Christian volunteers are available from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily to listen, pray with you and help to find solutions for the challenges you are facing. Conference Broadcast The 181st semiannual general conference of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will convene in Salt Lake City, Utah, on Saturday and Sunday, April 2 and 3, 2011. Session broadcasts may be viewed each day noon to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Anyone who is interested in learning more about our faith is welcome to enjoy the conference broadcast at the Ward building. Usual Sunday morning meetings on April 3 will not be held. The broadcasts may also be seen on the BYU Channel as well as online at generalconference.lds.org. Documentary “Touching Base,” a full-length documentary on the Saints Prison Ministry, will be shown at Pleasant Ridge Church of the Brethren, on Saturday, April 2, at 7 p.m. The Saints have a unique sports-oriented approach to prison ministry that has been highly effective in many prisons in the U.S., including Huntingdon and Cumberland, Md. The church is located 2 ½ miles north of Needmore on U.S. 655. Pastors Roger Truax and Mac Miller, along with the congregation, extend a welcome invitation to all.

Special Services A fisherman along the Sea of Galilee becomes a fisher of men when he follows Jesus as portrayed in the drama “Simon Peter, Fisherman” to be presented by Maranatha Productions Inc., Sunday, April 10, at 10 a.m. at Dublin Mills Community Church. Hymn Sing A hymn sing will be held at Black Oak Independent Bible Church, Stoneybreak Road, Warfordsburg, April 2, at 6 p.m. Kenny Johnson from Martinsburg, W.Va., will be singing along with the Mt.
