Mr. and Mrs. Peter Rusack spent a few days in Kansas with their family. They plan on moving there in the near future. We are going to miss those nice folks.

Our sympathy is extended to the family and relatives

Miriam Mellott Keebaugh, who passed away last week, and also to the Sipes family.

Happy birthday wishes to Tammy Cook on February 26; Charlotte Crouse, who celebrates a day early on February 28 as she is a Leap Year baby.

Those strong winds last week did some damage to some folks’ buildings. We though March had arrived early.

We welcome Mr. and Mrs. Matt Ganlhi to Hustontown. They recently purchased the James and Evelyn Clippinger home.

Household hint: Keep ground ginger, chili powder and paprika in the refrigerator. Once opened these spices quickly lose their flavor.
