Horne Seeks Re-election

Devin Horne Devin Horne Devin Horne of Hustontown would like to announce his candidacy for re-election. He is again seeking the position of magisterial district judge for the 39-4-01 District. This district includes Dublin, Licking Creek, Taylor and Wells townships and the turnpike.

Horne is currently in his sixth year as district judge. Prior to this position, he worked seven years for the state police, and three years in the federal and state park’s systems.

He is a 1993 graduate of Forbes Road and a 1997 graduate of York College, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. He passed the MDJ certification class in 2004 and has attended yearly updates ever since.

Horne is married to Mindy (Shaw), and they have a 4-yearold daughter, Camryn. He is the son of Fred and Sharon Horne of Hustontown, Nancy Horne of Orlando, Fla., and grandson of Harry Johnson of Wells Tannery.

In his spare time, Horne enjoys hunting, shooting and playing basketball. He is a member of the Forbes Road Lions Club and sits on multiple boards in the criminal justice system.
