Annual dues for membership in Hustontown Fire Co. Auxiliary are now payable.

The fire company will sponsor a food auction on Friday, January 28, at 6 p.m. Kitchen will open at 5 p.m. A variety of food will be auctioned off. Come and enjoy the evening.

Household Hint: Don’t toss that left over salad. To keep it crisp, place several sheets of folded paper towels in the bottom of a plastic bag or container you are using for storage. It soaks up excess moisture and keeps vegetables from becoming soggy.
