Park Board Meeting There will be a meeting of the Wells Tannery Park board and anyone else interested on Tuesday, January 25, at 7 p.m. at the park providing the parking lot is not covered with snow. If there is a question about the park's accessibility, call 685-3399 for an alternate location.
Horse & Pony Club Meeting The 4-H Horse & Pony Club will hold its next meeting January 22, at 6:30 p.m., at Community State Bank. If inclement weather the meeting will be rescheduled to January 29, same time and place. There is still time to join the club. Sportsmen’s League Meeting Fulton County Sportsmen’s League will meet at 7:30 p.m., in the stone house at the trout nursery on January 21. New officers and board members will be installed. Various recommendations from the board will be presented to the membership.

Historical Society Meeting Fulton County Historical Society’s winter meeting will feature Maranatha Productions of Lancaster in a live drama “Daniel Boone in Pennsylvania.” The public is invited to enjoy this interactive drama at 7 p.m. Saturday evening, January 22, 2011, in the new courtroom at the Fulton County Courthouse, McConnellsburg.
