FR Girls Win Tournament



Forbes Road got some much-deserved bragging rights last Tuesday night when the Lady Cardinals clinched the championship round of the Teddy Thanos Memorial Tournament. In downing Fannett-Metal 50-49 in overtime, Kaili Hockensmith, the tourney’s most valuable player, scored 14 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and made five steals. Kylynne Fraker was the next highest scorer with 10 points, while Corri Parsons had eight points.
