MES Character Counts Students Named
McConnellsburg Elementary is continuing its character education program this year. It is believed that character counts so every month a different character trait is promoted. The traits worked on this school year are citizenship, compassion, fairness, honesty, integrity, perseverance, responsibility, respect and self-discipline. In November the character trait was fairness and how to share, wait turns, include everyone and listen to everyone’s ideas. Students listed were chosen by their teacher in demonstrating these qualities:
