Hustontown Woman Charged In Break-In

A Hustontown woman has been cited by Pennsylvania State Police for a breakin that occurred between 10 a.m. on October 8 and 8 a.m. on October 9 at 1851 Davis Lane, Hustontown. Tina Marie Clark was arraigned last Monday before Magisterial District Judge Devin Horne on charges of burglary and theft by unlawful taking.

According to charging documents, Clark allegedly entered the unlocked residence and stole $1,000 in assorted bills in an envelope; $750 in a rolled bundle; $1,300 in a rolled bundle, $700 in a rolled bundle; several $1 coins; a silver and gold coin from Argentina; a Bank of America Master- Card in the name of the male victim and Kee-Ta-Quay Construction; a Mobile Exxon and BP credit card in the victim’s name; two Pennsylvania driver’s licenses; a pricing book on cows; a braided belt; a baseball hat; and a keyring, which included a key to the resident’s safe.
